Refund Policy

1. No Refund After Final Delivery

Once the final images or videos are delivered, no refunds will be issued. Clients should review all drafts before giving final approval.

2. Refund Eligibility (Before Final Delivery)

Refund requests may be honored if:

• The request is made within 24 hours of order placement and work hasn’t started.
• We fail to deliver on time, and there’s no resolution after 7 days of a written complaint.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Custom or rush orders
• Work already in progress or previews shared
• Delays caused by missing materials or unclear instructions

4. Quality Concerns

• One free revision is allowed within 5 days of delivery.
• Additional revisions may incur a discounted fee.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders canceled after work begins are non-refundable. Partial credits may be offered for future services at our discretion.
